The way I see it, our demands are:

1. Removal of Aurum/Cash Shop immediately.

2. Placement of the cash shop items into blueprints, seeded in game.

3. Reinstatement of the pre-Incarna station interface, or at least allow us to chose between them.

4. A binding commitment to NOT introduce any more forms of RMT into EVE than we had pre-Incarna. If you want to add RMT, the other two games you have in development are the appropriate places to introduce it. Not an 8 year old sandbox game.

We are at an impasse the way I see it. You guys won't go back on your wallet **** scheme, we won't reinstate our accounts. If it is to be a siege, I think we can outlast you...

I honestly cannot answer that right now nor should you hear any such answer from me as many have said. As Pann opened this thread, she stated, "I wonÆt be able to answer all of your questions tonight, but I promise weÆll start getting some info out tomorrow."

The reason why I am going through every post and not just skipping to the end unless someone tells me to, is so that I can make sure the nuances of the player responses are condensed, fully represented and then transmitted within CCP to the appropriate people. (Jade Constantine's post is one obvious verbatim one amongst)

Player feedback has diligently been sent from our community and PR team since time immemorial and it is my most solemn and serious duty.

It is more important right now than trying to "solve" things or crusading to answer every single post. That was pretty clear after a short second of introspection following my second or third reply at around page 5.

Well, a "lot" is an admitted overstatement. I was thinking specifically at the time though of the fact that _some_ people don't realize that NeX stuff on sale now can be purchased with in game ISK through purchasing PLEX.

It's a relatively small point, and I probably should have (a) been clearer or (b) not said anything at all.

There is a lot more logic being said here though and a lot of passion as well, and I don't mean to try to diminish that.

I find it immensely important, having read as much of this thread as humanly possible while still in an email/meeting/phonecall flurry yesterday, to let you guys know that Pann didn't abandon this thread on purpose. She had a family emergency in what is possibly the worst possible timing in the history of the internet, about 2 minutes after her second post in here. Everything is ok with that situation (talked to her yesterday). Whether you believe me or not, thems the facts. Saying that, obviously, on the day this thread began would have sounded ludicrous at best, spurious at least. Sort of like "my dog ate my homework" when your dog ACTUALLY ate it.

I haven't yet gotten to the blog responses, Facebook comments or reviewing Twitter hashtags. So please understand if I don't respond in a timely fashion in any venue and understand too that many questions simply cannot be answered directly. The nature of the beast.

The community team, likewise, has had their hands full with (as leniently as possible) enforcing forum rules and relaying information. We're all in it for the long haul though.

If some of my responses that I end up making do sound glib, I can assure you it is not because I don't understand the gravity of the situation at hand or the trueness of emotion/logic behind player opinion. It's because, frankly, of who I am.

Furthermore, if only some stuff gets answers or some seemingly random threads get attention, its also the nature of that same beast. Thanks for listening.

It is very easy to answer either yes or no.... That is not the answer we are going to get. CCP's answer will be BOTH yes and no.

Here is the NO:

No we won't see WTFBBQPWN Jovian BS that can take down PL's entire SC fleet solo
No we won't see ammo that gives 5000% bonus to damage and hits for wrecking damage every time
No we won't see mods that give you a 99% bonus to resist

In other words the NO means we won't get super obvious game breakers....

Here is the YES:

Yes we will be able to buy faction standings
Yes we will see ammo that gives you a slight bonus to damage or cap usage
Yes we will see faction towers reintroduced via the Nex
Yes we will see attribute boosters and skill enhancers like Quafe Zero

Now you see why it is taking time to make the statement... CCP has to spin it in an acceptable manner so 50% of the subscribers don't rage quit.....
